syria

Our children wish that Assad would be toppled just so that they can go back to their lives normally. Syrian families live in caves running away from the shelling requesting shelter.
The weather is more than bad; it is cold and when it rains, just imagine how it is like.
A father who is living in one of these caves said when Arabiya interviewed him: “we are now living in caves that we heard of 50 years ago. The regime’s army didn’t leave anything not invaded. They even invaded mosques and churches.” Safwan, a 13 year old young boy, said: “Our dream is that Assad would fall, we want to go back to our schools that we were deprived of two years ago. We used to play and see missiles falling over and injuring some of us.” What these families eat are bread crumbs that Mohamad’s mom saves from day to day to feed her family with all harsh circumstances they are living in.
