Anas Al Azmeh was arrested since 7 September 2012. He passed away under torture. He suffered a great deal and he was subjected to cruel torture. His body couldn’t take all the pain and brutality. A 34 year old young man who went to help his arrested friend in delivering ransom money, was taken later to the Air Force Branch. One of Anas’s friends who were detained with him said that he saw Anas indetention with damaged legs and nails stuck into them. Anas was supposed to be released with the detainees by the FSA and regime prisoners swapping, except that the regime didn’t release him. Yesterday his family knew that he was martyred and taken to the hospital. Anas’s friends made a facebook page in solidarity with him demanding his release, now the page that was asking him to be set free is passing the news of his martyrdom.
