OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (PIC)– A group of 75 Israeli officers, in their military uniforms, stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque on Wednesday morning from the Mughrabi Gate, Al-Aqsa Foundation for Waqf and Heritage confirmed in a statement.
These groups have received instructions and explanations in different parts of al-Aqsa Mosque, and they have t
aken collective and individual photos in the Mosque and its different buildings.
At the same time, about 20 Jewish settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque where some of them have performed Talmudic rituals.
Al-Aqsa Foundation warned against the Israeli escalation and its violation of the sanctity of al-Aqsa Mosque, as it deliberately allows Israeli soldiers in their military uniforms to enter it in large groups.
The foundation pointed that al-Aqsa Mosque is going through a very serious and crucial stage, as the occupation has been accelerating the implementation of its plans targeting the mosque and Jerusalem, calling on the Islamic and Arab world to intervene immediately and provide a protection to the mosque.
Al-Aqsa Foundation said in a statement on Tuesday that the occupation is planning to establish a huge military academy on the slopes of the Mount of Olives directly overlooking the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Jerusalem Municipality has allowed the installation of about 40 cameras in different parts of city, added to the hundreds of cameras installed in and around the old town, and at the gates of Al-Aqsa mosque, in addition to continuing to build outposts and Jewish neighborhoods around al-Aqsa mosque and Jerusalem’s old City.
