PLEASE READ AND SHARE.

Many pictures like these are now circulating the internet claiming that this not how you defend the messenger of Allah, and directing huge criticism to those who protested against the vile insults against our beloved messenger (PBUH)

First of all I would just like to note that no masjid is ever that empty during fajr prayer I’ve prayed fajr in a masjid in an Arab country and al-hamdullilah many people do come to pray, granted the masjids are not as full as they are during Jum’ua but that’s not the point. Some of those who went out to the protest never perform any of their Salah in the masjid, some of them don’t even pray on time, others don’t even pray all the five daily prayers. But that doesn’t give any one justification to stop people from defending the messenger of Allah (PBUH).

Bring me one proof that praying fajr in congregation in a masjid all the time is prerequisite for defending the messenger of Allah (PBUH). The fact that these people went out in force to protest shows that they have love and zeal for the prophet (PBUH), why can’t we be happy that there is still some Eman in the Ummah and Muslims are not completely asleep. Instead of being counterproductive why can’t we help those people who went out to protest? why can’t we utilize their love for the messenger of Allah (PBUH) to guild them back to the Qu’an and the Sunnah Instead of just putting them down, didn’t the messenger of the prophet (PBUH) always see the best in people and try to help them, or do we only use this argument when we are trying to defend and justify the Kuffar who insult him.

So if any of the people who protested have any shortages or are negligent to some of the Islamic teachings we ask Allah to forgive them and make this a new beginning for them. And if you feel the urge to start pointing fingers ask your self’s who is the real reason the Muslims let go from their religion, did Muslims choose to let go of Islam or was secularism forced down their throat with iron and fire by the dictators who were put in power and supported by the same countries that are insulting the prophet (PBUH). Praying fajr in a masjid was banned in Tunisia during the regime of Ben Ali and Bourguiba before him , in many other Arab countries the secret service would wait outside the Masjid at fajr time to take names of those who came to pray, at the very least they would be arrested and taken in for questioning. Every regime in the middle exploited the lack of media coverage and global awareness throughout the 60s, 70s, 80, and even up to the 90s to stamp out any form of adherence to Islam’s teachings but sadly many people don't know the history of the suffering and persecution Muslims faced in the Arab world.

Bottom line If you cannot defend the messenger of Allah the least you can do is refrain from criticizing those who did defend him, negativity and criticizing other Muslims only serves the Kuffar who are trying to keep this Ummah sedated. And if you can’t be one of those who are trying to wake the Ummah up don’t be one who is push it back to sleep.
